経歴

名護市出身
沖縄女子短期大学児童教育学部（保・幼科）卒
金武町で平成１１年 琉球舞踊道場開設。
アメリカワシントンＤＣケネディーセンターでの公演と桜まつり連続１０回出演し、オーストラリア、フランス、ロシアと海外での公演。
２０年間にわたり保育所での琉球舞踊指導に携わり現在も当園にて伝統芸能文化の普及に努める。
令和３年から令和６年 副園長として本園で勤務。

“Haisai gusuyoo chu-uganabira” — a heartfelt Okinawan greeting to you all. My name is Hirae Kinjo, the principal of Yomitan Kobato Kindergarten.
幼稚園は子どもたちにとって、安全で、笑顔で、元気いっぱいに楽しく過ごせるところでなくてはならないと思います。 こばと幼稚園は、令和3年度から「笑顔でほっこり　元気いっぱい！」をキャッチフレーズに掲げ、子どもたちの育成に取り組んでおります。
At our kindergarten, we believe it is essential to provide a space where children feel safe, joyful, and full of energy—a place where they can thrive both emotionally and physically. Since the 2021, we’ve embraced the motto: Smiles, Warm Hearts and Boundless Energy!

1. 「笑顔」は、幸せのサイクルが回りだす万能薬
   Smiles are the universal key to happiness and connection.
2. 「ほっこり」は、気持ちが暖かくなること
   Warm Hearts brings comfort, calm, and a sense of belonging.
   
3. 「元気」は、何事にも果敢に挑戦すること
   Boundless Energy empowers children to face challenges with confidence and curiosity.

そのような子ども像を目標に職員一同、一枚岩となって真剣に一人一人に向かい合ってまいります。
With these ideals at our core, our dedicated team works closely together, wholeheartedly supporting each child’s growth and individuality.

さらに、本園の特徴は、外部より指導者を招聘し、体育、英語、伝統芸能、エイサー・獅子舞、リトミック、水泳の学習に取り組み、子どもたちの個性伸長を育成します。また地域との関わりを深め、食文化に興味を示し読谷ポーポー作り、ムーチー作り、芋とじゃが芋の植え付けから育てる・収穫・食育パーティーと子ども自身が身をもって体験することを通して学べるように様々な体験学習の機会を多く取り入れ楽しみ「生きる力」を育みます。
One of the unique features of Yomitan Kobato Kindergarten is the wide range of enriching activities we offer to support each child’s development.
We invite skilled instructors from outside the school to lead lessons in various areas such as physical education, English, traditional performing arts, Eisa dance, lion (Shishimai) dance, music, and swimming. These experiences help nurture children’s interests, build confidence, and allow their individual talents to flourish.

本園はエナジックインターナショナル株式会社会長・大城学園理事長大城博成の愛と多大なる支援を賜り還元水（アルカリイオン水）を使って給食を作り、飲み水としても提供し子どもたちの食育と健康増進を図ります。
We also cherish our connection with the local community. Through hands-on experiences such as making Yomitan’s traditional popo (Okinawan pancake) and muuchii (sticky rice cake), planting and harvesting sweet potatoes and other crops, and preparing for food education parties, children learn about their culture, food, and the joy of nurturing life. These moments foster a deep appreciation for nature, tradition, and the power of shared experiences.

そして、夕涼み会、運動会、生活発表会など多くの行事を通して素直な瞳を輝かせ優しく・逞しく育ち、残波を超えて世界へ羽ばたく「巣立ちの里」読谷こばと幼稚園をめざして参ります。
Throughout the year, we hold a wide range of joyful events such as the Summer Festival, Sports Day, and School Play. Through these, we strive to nurture children with kind hearts, bright eyes, and the strength to grow into compassionate, resilient individuals—ready to spread their wings beyond the waves of Cape Zanpa and into the world.

At Yomitan Kobato Kindergarten, we are proud to be a place where children take flight—a joyful nest where their journey begins.
